I have been working on a series for quite some time which is based in the style of nocturnes.
Monet, Whistler, and a Number of other artists PAINTED NOCTURNES WHICH ARE STUDFIES OF DYING LIGHT AND THE ONCOMING OP DARKNESS. i'M TRyING THIS WITH LIGHTG RARTHER THSN PIGMENT.
I CALL THE SERIES COLORS OF DARKNESS and they are digital collages. The photos were taken by frienbds in their trips to India. i was grsnted permission to use them fior making art.
The image is simplified and then the painting begins. the final will become prits an d wilkl be collec ted in an artist book.
